Does this change our current contracts, agreements, or pricing?
No. Our legal entity remains Affixent LLC. We have simply filed a trade name (DBA) to operate under Shiftacy. All existing Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SOWs, rates, and active timelines remain fully in effect.
Are your core services or team changing?
Only for the better. We are streamlining our execution frameworks into high-speed, productized "Leverage Sprints." The same engineers, project managers, and leadership are directing your projects, but we are executing with even higher standards of delivery.
